Bambi Sandla-Sam (BSS), is an organization dedicated to creating opportunities and fostering inclusion for marginalized groups in our society. Formed with a strong sense of purpose, BSS exists to uplift and empower individuals with disabilities, orphans, women, and youth through impactful skills development and social support initiatives. We believe in building a world where everyone can contribute meaningfully to society, regardless of their circumstances.
BSS is a registered non-profit organization with full legal personality, operating independently from its members or office bearers. This structure enables us to own property, manage our assets responsibly, and fulfill our mission of inclusivity and empowerment. BSS is committed to making a lasting difference, and our organizational framework is designed to ensure sustainability, no matter how our membership evolves over time.

Our Mission
Our primary objective is to promote the integration of people with disabilities, orphans, women, and youth into the working world through skills development and training programs. We aim to cultivate self-sufficiency, social cohesion, and economic participation by empowering individuals with the tools they need to succeed.
We work tirelessly to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to actively participate in economic initiatives, including supply chain integration. For slow learners, we create conducive environments that promote learning and skill-building to help them achieve the next level of competency. We also offer training and skill development for women, as well as education and support for orphaned and vulnerable children.
