Growing up in the small village of Shayamoya in KwaNyuswa, Botha’s Hill, Veronica witnessed firsthand the challenges of unemployment and limited access to opportunities. These experiences sparked her desire to create a platform that could empower individuals through skills training and education.
In 2017, she founded the Bambisandlasam Centre of Excellence, an organization focused on addressing these very challenges. What began as a small initiative has since blossomed into a nationally recognized center for skills development, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment. Under Veronica’s visionary leadership, the Centre has transformed thousands of lives, equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
